All Year Round Lessons

You will be booked in for lessons all year round at the agreed frequency (weekly, fortnightly etc). Closing dates over Christmas and new years advised year to year

Lessons take place on public holidays

If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, the lesson is charged at the time of the missed lesson or when processed by admin. A makeup valid for 3 months is credited

Makeups can't be used in the place of normal lessons

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, this is considered a late cancellation where the lesson is charged and no makeup offered

If we cancel on you, the lesson will not be charged. We encourage making the lesson up however it is not required

If you are away for more than 2 week, we will review the need to makeup the lessons

We will charge your account in advance to ensure your account is always paid in credit

There is a minimum 5 lesson commitment when starting

Stopping lessons require minimum 2 lessons' notice
